Getting Rid of Wasteful Time Habits is fun, contagious and will help make a positive difference in your life. 

HOW TO PLAY in 8 Simple Steps

STEP 1: Choose a Dealer & a Player to keep score!

STEP 2: Lay the 5 selected HABITS on the playing surface. You will select between the “21” and “30” day habits to break. Once the color is added to one of the HABITS, the following cards must be used to BREAK the HABIT.

STEP 3: Dealer deals 5 cards to each Player!

STEP 4: Each round, Players will match a “tipping points” card to a HABIT card by Mental/Physical & color to BREAK the HABIT! Each Player will take turns in adding a card to a HABIT to get “days” closer to breaking it using the same color card that was started.

STEP 5: For example, HABIT – “BEING NEGATIVE TOWARD LIFE. BEING POSITVE IS NOT REALISTIC” needs 30 days to BREAK it (30 in circle). 

STEP 6: When a Player uses a Mental/Physical card to add to BREAKING a HABIT, be strategic to see which card you can use next to either BREAK the HABIT and capture a HABIT.

STEP 7: Keep track of each Player’s turn by adding up the points once a “tipping points” card is used to get closer to Breaking the Habit. 

STEP 8: The first Player to BREAK three (3) HABITS wins the g.r.o.w.t.h. game.

Once a Habit is broken, use one of the Multi-Color Habit cards to continue using all colors to Break a Habit.

STEP 8: Next Player takes their turn starting at Step 4!

The first Player to BREAK 3 HABITS WINS the game!
